This item is solely the outer plastic lens cover. It does NOT include tail light housing, bulb sockets, wiring harness, bulbs or full tail light assembly. Ideal economical repair solution when only the outer cover is cracked, scratched, foggy or UV-yellowed while the inner lamp housing remains intact.
The mold is 1:1 duplicated from factory W906 tail lamp outer contour, internal light guide ribs, outer mounting clips and screw positioning holes. No cutting, grinding or modification required for seamless fitment onto the original tail light housing.
Raw material is high-transmittance anti-UV polycarbonate (PC) plastic with scratch-resistant hard surface coating, integrated red & transparent two-color injection molding. Resists long-term outdoor aging, yellowing, cracking and water fogging for commercial delivery vehicles. Separate light guide zones are molded for stop lamp, reverse lamp, turn signal and rear fog lamp, meeting DOT & E-MARK road lighting safety standards. All factory outer clip fasteners and positioning pillars are pre-molded for direct snap-on installation over the original lamp housing.
Fitment Limitation
Only compatible with 2006–2018 second-generation Sprinter W906. Not suitable for 2019+ W907/W910 new Sprinter or pre-2006 W903 old Sprinter. Left and right lens covers are sold separately; single unit and bulk orders are supported.
